In 2011, FSL branched out of its niche and established a forging plant at our premises in Kanpur. Sticking to our roots of being a major supplier to Indian Railways, we manufacture train parts such as Anti Roll Bar assembly, Screw Couplings, Draft Gear Assembly, BSS Hangers and many more products. 

We have a setup of 1 ton, 3 ton and a 6 ton hammer which gives us a forging range from 100 grams upto 80kg. We also have various carburising furnaces and heat treatment systems. All the die tooling and component machining work is done at our in house machine shop which consists of VMC, CNC turning and VTL.
