In 2011, FSL branched out of its niche and established a forging plant at our premises in Kanpur. Sticking to our roots as a major supplier to Indian Railways, we manufacture train parts such as Anti Roll Bar Assemblies, Screw Couplings, Draft Gear Assemblies, BSS Hangers and many more products.
Capability
- 1-ton, 3-ton and 6-ton hammers — forging range from 100 g up to 80 kg
- Carburising furnaces and complete heat-treatment systems
- In-house machine shop with VMC, CNC turning and VTL
- All die tooling and component machining done in-house
