Redressal of Investor Complaints
Shareholders are an important asset for the Company and to keep them satisfied is our foremost concern. Shareholders / Investors may address all their queries relating to share transfers / transmission, change of address, non-receipt of dividend, non-receipt of Annual Report, issuance of duplicate share certificate, etc. to the Secretarial Department of the Company or its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent.
Redressal Process
The Company has allotted an email id where you can file your complaint along with the supporting documents. The Redressal Department or RTA will deal with your complaint as soon as possible.
As per Regulation 46(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the email id designated for grievance redressal is c.s@frontiersprings.co.in. The designated official for assisting and handling investor grievances is Mr. Dhruv Bhasin – Company Secretary.
