Issue of Duplicate Share Certificate
Shareholders who have lost their share certificate(s) should follow the procedure below to obtain a duplicate:
- File an FIR with the police station of your area reporting the loss of the share certificate.
- Send a duly attested copy of the FIR to the Company along with a signed letter, so that we can send you the procedure for obtaining a Duplicate Share Certificate.
- Execute an Indemnity Bond and an Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- and Rs. 10/- respectively, as per the formats provided below. The Indemnity Bond and Affidavit must be signed by the shareholder (and joint holders, if any), and the signatures should tally with those on the Application / Transfer Deed.
The required formats — the Indemnity Bond and the Affidavit — are available for download below, along with the other statutory forms for shareholders (ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-3, ISR-4, SH-13 and SH-14).
